Jaimal Yogis

I've recently discovered your Buddhist blog and really love it. I'm wondering if you'd like to do a post on my upcoming book, Saltwater Buddha: a surfer's quest to find Zen on the sea. It comes out this May from Wisdom and I'd be happy to do an interview (email or phone) to create some quick content for you. Or you could post a review. Let me know if you're interested. More info about me and the book at www.jaimalyogis.com

On Egolessness

  • The cause of restlessness is the ego-centered mind. When one has the idea of "I," there is no end to ego. Only Buddha said that this "I" is essenceless: no one else did. Thus, there are no methods other than his in order to attain complete peace. --Kamalasila-
